Motorola Appoints T.M. Narasimhan as Managing Director for Mobile Business Group in India
New Delhi, Jan 03, 2024: Motorola Mobility India has announced a strategic leadership appointment with the induction of Mr. T.M. Narasimhan as the Managing Director for Mobile Business Group in India. This move underscores Motorola’s commitment to reinforcing its presence in the Indian smartphone market and aspirations to secure a spot among the top three smartphone brands in the country.
In his role, T.M. Narasimhan will be responsible for overseeing Motorola’s business operations in India and will report directly to Mr. Prashanth Mani, the head of Motorola’s Asia Pacific business. With a wealth of experience in sales operations, business and financial planning, and P&L management, Narasimhan brings a robust background having served in key roles at prominent FMCG and consumer tech organizations, including PepsiCo, Britannia, and Samsung.
