Peak Serum, Inc. Appoints Interim CEO
Press Release (ePRNews.com) - WELLINGTON, Colo. - Feb 02, 2021 - Effectively immediately, Thomas Kutrubes has been removed from privately owned and independent supplier of life science laboratory products — Peak Serum, Inc. (Peak) — by the chief restructuring officer and Trustee, Jay Roderick. Michael Dodge, Peak’s current global director of sales has been tapped as Peak’s interim CEO.
Dodge has more than 20 years of experience in the life science industry, having worked in both domestic and international markets and has been with Peak since May 2019.
Roderick commented: “Restructuring is underway, and the company has a bright future! During this time of change, it is important that Peak has a CEO in place that has the experience and industry knowledge to ensure Peak’s customers receive the highest level of service. Michael Dodge has established and successfully led several companies in the United Kingdom for U.S.-based entities. He has also established several European distribution networks for U.S. organizations as well as for Peak. Dodge has proven to me that he is capable, driven, and professionally qualified to assume this crucial role.”
Peak Serum, Inc. is a privately owned and independent supplier of life science laboratory products and serums for cGMP / clinical trial research and diagnostics applications. Peak Serum was founded in 2015 as a cGMP supplier of U.S. and USDA-approved FBS products.
