Raggs TV en Espanol Now Available on YouTube
Press Release (ePRNews.com) - CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Mar 29, 2018 - Raggs TV, the YouTube home for the award-winning kids musical preschool series that stars five pups who sing in a rock ‘n’ roll band, expanded by adding a new Spanish language channel called Raggs TV en Espanol today.

The new channel, which is available in the U.S. and worldwide, launched with five half-hour compilations that include the popular Colors, Barnyard, and Families episodes plus three of the most popular songs, “Little Bit of Love,” “What’s the Dealio” and “It’s A Happening.” Fans can expect new episodes and songs to be added three times per week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Raggs has a strong following in the U.S. where the educational and pro-social series has been used to help Spanish language children assimilate into the U.S. school system and U.S. English-speaking children to better understand their Spanish classmates.
Spanish is the second most spoken language in the U.S. with an estimated 55 million Hispanic people speaking Spanish as their first, second or heritage language and there are six million Spanish language students in the United States. This makes the U.S. the fifth-largest Hispanophone country in the world. There are more Spanish-speakers in the U.S., approximately 17 percent of the population, than those who speak French, German, Italian, Hawaiian, and varieties of Chinese and Native American languages combined (U.S. Census Bureau Public Information Office, Census 2016 Estimates).
In Latin America, the series airs on networks, cable channels, SVOD platforms and apps. Since 2014, Raggs and his friends have also served as the hosts of the “Play at Palladium with Raggs” family program at the all-inclusive Grand Palladium resorts. The program includes live stage shows, breakfasts with the characters, disco parties and regular activities at five resorts in the Caribbean, Mexico and Brazil. This fall, the Palladium Hotel Group will bring Raggs to its sixth and newest resort in Costa Mujeres, Mexico.
