ROOT Periodontal & Implant Center Announces Addition of New Dentist
Press Release (ePRNews.com) - Carrollton, TX - Sep 21, 2019 - ROOT Periodontal & Implant Center has recruited a new dentist to its team – the award-winning Dr Laura N. Rabe.
ROOT Periodontal and Implant Center is dedicated to identifying and addressing periodontal disease and providing personalized care programs for patients with services including regular maintenance and dental implants.
Given the team’s exceptional attention to detail and commitment to contributing to the client’s overall health in a friendly environment, they are delighted to welcome Dr Rabe.
Dr Rabe attended The University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences. She then attended The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston for her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
In Houston, she also received her Certificate for a speciality in Periodontics and her Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD).
Dr Rabe is an active member of the American Dental Association and has held many leadership positions in this organization. She is also a member of The Texas Dental Association, The Dallas Dental Society and The American Academy of Periodontology.
She received a national award for her research in dental implantology through the Academy of Osseointegration in 2019.
Dr Rabe is proficient in dental surgical regeneration, dental implant placement, soft tissue grafting and the treatment of chronic and aggressive periodontal diseases. Her goals put the patient first and provide outstanding quality of care. She strives to deliver esthetic and functional results in a comfortable environment.
Dallas-born Dr Rabe said: “I am excited to be practising periodontics in my home town.” She currently lives in the Dallas area with her husband and their golden retriever, Stella. Her future goals include publishing dental research and practising part-time as a faculty at the Baylor School of Dentistry in Dallas.
