● 50 g honey
● 1 lemon, juiced and zested
● ½ tsp chilli flakes
● ½ tsp mixed herbs
● 250 ml chicken stock
● 50 ml Marsala, sherry, brandy, or rum
● Black pepper to taste
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 500 g chicken breasts, sliced into 1-2 cm steaks
