Franciosa brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior global business transformation executive. He is a driver of turnarounds, restructuring, acquisitions and growth strategies who delivers rapid results in challenging and competitive markets by leveraging technology and innovations, like digital technologies, mobility, and analytics. Having lived and worked in four continents, Franciosa brings a deep understanding of global organizations including cross-cultural and cross-border relationships.

Franciosa started his career at Armstrong International as Manager of Information Services and Materials Resource Planning. Franciosa then moved to The BOC Group where he achieved consistent growth in roles starting at the global technology center in New Jersey, followed by executive roles in South Africa, Australia and finally at the group’s headquarters in the United Kingdom. He led a number of acquisition and integration streams as part of the Linde/BOC merger before moving back to the US as the VP and CIO at Praxair. His last role before joining Venetia Partners was VP and CIO at LyondellBasell Industries based in Houston.

Franciosa graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
