Quadrum: a business city within the city

It is the first business center of its kind in Lithuania, considering its structure and size and above all its aim to concentrate all the services that businesses and staff need in the same place.

Quadrum has a strong focus on sustainability and the well-being of people: glass facades with triple glazing feature automatic sunblinds, automated LED lighting , and a smart ventilation system which regulates itself according to the number of people. All these devices contribute to making a sustainable and comfortable workplace.

Even the HVAC system is green and efficient as it is based on 2 Climaveneta NECS-N/CA (1614 and 1816) air to air heat pumps in class A efficiency and 2 Climaveneta FX-FC/T+ 3002 air source chillers with free cooling. In free cooling mode, the fluid is cooled by outside air, thus reducing the compressors’ load and getting an energy cost very close to zero. As a matter of fact, in 100% free-cooling mode the FX-FC/T+ chillers reach an EER=24. Climaveneta units serve a chilled beam cooling system, able to continuously provide a perfect room temperature in the building without any CO2 emissions on site.

Quadrum is undergoing the BREEAM very good certification, thus confirming the customer’s respect for the environment and above all for their employees, who will benefit from healthy and ideal working conditions.
